Villa Kiydan is a small development of thirteen apartments. Owned and run by the Kiydan family who have lived in Dalyan for generations. A warm welcome awaits you at these lovely apartments situated in a quiet part of Dalyan,close to the river and only a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town.
Built in 2007 these apartments are maintained to a high standard with daily maid cleaning. The seven two bed roomed apartments can accommodate up to six people and the one bed roomed apartments can accommodate up to four people. Downstairs the accommodation is arranged as a living area with sofas,television with English channels and dinning table and chairs. There is a separate kitchen fully equipped with fridge, kettle, two ring gas hob and crockery and cutlery. Upstairs are the fully air-conditioned bedrooms with ample storage space along with the bathroom.
Although these apartments are self catering there is a small pool side restaurant on site that can provide an assortment of lunch time snacks and evening meals along with drinks and ice creams from the pool side bar. The pool itself has an enclosed baby pool at one end and a jacuzzi facility at the other. The pool and surrounding area are also cleaned daily.
As an added bonus the Villa Kiydan has its own boat moored at its private jetty. An assortment of trips and cruises can be arranged to suit your individual needs. A BBQ lunch on the boat can also be enjoyed on the day trips.
The price is per apartment and not per person and includes air-conditioning and all transfers from and to Dalaman airport. Flights to Dalaman can be arranged from all main UK airports along with many regional airports such as Exeter and Bournemouth. With a transfer time from Dalaman to the apartments of approximately 30 minutes you will be relaxing by the pool in no time.
