Riviera Invest Real Estate Ltd is a Subsidiary of Alparslan Construction Ltd, a family ran business founded in 1971.
Alparslan Construction Ltd specialized from the beginning in the construction of villas and apartments here in the Alanya area. Over 1000 properties have been build by today.
In the beginning the main goal was just the development, development management and the construction itself for Investors or Real Estate companies.
But after Kerim Alparslan – as the company founder and family head – has involved his 2 sons more and more in the company it was just a matter of time that RIVIERA INVEST was founded in 2002 as the property sales department of Alparslan Construction Ltd. Due to the western orientated way of thinking and a lot of enthusiasm of both Youngsters each new project became better and better. New technologies and materials are the main goals of both of them to improve the high European construction standards.
From now on the family became a strong and very hard to beat Team!
Now Father Kerim Alparslan with all his experience in construction is still on the site of his sons and is the best advisor they can possible have on their site.
The older Son Ismail Alparslan is now the CEO of the company and searching the worldwide market for new innovations in the construction sector. Therefore his goals will be set new and higher for each single further project.
He also is in charge of the sales and marketing department. He organizes together with his Sales managers all exhibitions and new marketing strategies. The Calculation and price setup for each project is one of his duties too.
The younger Son Ali Alparslan is the accountant and bookkeeper of the company. He is furthermore in charge of placing the orders for all material and accessories used and needed. He is also checking if those goods will be delivered on time. Together with his brother Ismail and Father Kerim he is checking the quality and finishing at the construction site.
By this outstanding constellation and co-operation of the whole family, a basis was created which reflects the company policy through the coworker team. This pleasant climate created thereby confirms us each and every single customer.
